Doubletree By Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort - Patong

We loved its marvellous and delicious breakfasts!

The venue's position was very central. The food was yummy - plenty of options.

Truly enjoyed amazing and delicious breakfasts!!

Had comfortable stay in Thailand 2 week holiday and the weather was wonderful. I took a twin room with a comfy bed, a terrace and the bathroom. The location was marvellous, just a pleasant stroll away from a beachfront mall.

Rooms lack basic maintenance, hotel security feels minimal!!! The pool area could use better cleanliness measures!!! I expected more for my money given the branding!!!

The room with access to the pool was very nice and the hotel was very centrally located at Patong Beach. Due to the shifted position in the backyard, one did not notice much of the hustle and bustle outside in the hotel

It is already a bit outdated and the prices at the hotel and pool bar are too high.

The air conditioning in the room was noisy and inefficient, making it hard to sleep.

Breakfast was delicious

Bathroom equipment too old, for a 4 star hotel. From my room I could hear the neighbors.

Nice hotel, but you have to enjoy Patong to stay here, that's not really my favorite place, so if you need an hotel in Patong that's good, otherwise I would recommend to not stay in this area

Not really all was fine

The hotel is in a great location as it is only a few minutes walk to the beach and also Patong Street! Also, the rooms are really great for the price.

The hotel boasts beautiful, landscaped grounds and accessible pathways. The pools were splendid, and the dining areas offered lovely views.

More seating options near the pool would be nice.

I loved that everything was at our doorstop. Pharmacy, mcdonalds, restaurants, beach And dayspa plus a lot more

Few parking spaces

The location is perfect as it's close to the beach and numerous dining options. My Beautiful King Room with Balcony was modern and clean. The pool area was enjoyable, and the staff provided excellent service. I will return 🌴

Hotel had contemporary decor, rooms comfortable, clean with good mod cons, good central location to shops, bars restaurants and the beach...

Communication with Booked.net poor, we ordered a double bed had this confirmed online. On arrival we had a twin bed to stay in for one night and then had to change the following night (only a 3 night stay). Breakfast should be included for the price paid. Staff quite slow to respond at the reception desk, had to repeat things to different people to get things done. Had dinner at the Port, staff not very attentive, not asking if you need another drink, dessert menu etc... Staff were enjoying working as chatting with each other, in the process we paid for our bill and left and an incompetent waiter who we had asked the bill for 20 mins before thought we hadn't paid (not paying attention) and chased us down the streeet with security!
